One Lucky Girl!

Hey Everyone,
I have rededicated myself to blogging. This summer I would like to post weekly in my blog to keep everyone updated on my life. I also feel like this is my personal journal since I am to lazy to write in mine.  :)
So my mom, dad, and I traveled home from a 2 week stay in Oregon with my Aunt (Debbie), Uncle (Kevin), and cousin (Ethan). We had many great adventures including swimming, hiking, going to the coast, spa day and whale watching. It was such a fun 2 weeks and a nice break from the stresses of life. We got back on Tuesday night at around 12 a.m.
Since being home I have gone to Institute, Ran, Ward Sports Night, Park City Adventure, Mall Shopping, and Movie Night. :)
I have been pretty busy since coming home. I interviewed at Build-a-Bear which I am hoping I get the job! I would love to work there! Cross your fingers! It was a group interview with 8 people. It was the funnest interview of my LIFE!!! We were asked questions and got to build a bear and then sell it to the managers. I had a fox that I dressed in a cute hoodie and pants. When I was selling it I said: "You are a five year old boy." She said okay. I then asked her what her favorite animal was and she said a fox! That is when I had a Brian Reagan moment where the words are already out so you just have to finish the sentence even though you know it is not right. I said: "Did you know that the fox is the fastest animal in the world!! The manager laughed so hard she started to cry. She told me you just lied to a little kid. I told them well I am trying to sell it here. LOL! Ya I turned bright red!!!
I also feel like the luckiest girl in the world because I have been dating this guy who always makes me feel so beautiful. We go running together and even when I am all sweaty he tells me how pretty I look. I am so lucky to have him in my life at this point. That is why this is titled one lucky girl cause I feel so blessed. Heavenly Father sends the little tender mercies that boost my spirits up.  I am really one lucky girl! I have amazing parents, friends, and family who always have my back no matter what the situation is. I love everyone who either is in my life or has been in my life and what I have learned from each individual.

Summer Adventures

School is finally out for the summer! So now I know a lot of you are asking what is Chelsea going to do with her life since school pretty much consumes her whole life. Well since school has been out I have gone on dates and actually had a social life. I got reapplied for the mentoring program and they cut a lot of the old mentors but I made it!!! I love the mentoring program and am so excited to continue in the program.
What the future holds for my education I have no idea. I am thinking of applying for respiratory therapy in the Fall and pretty much if I make it in; I make it in if not I will transfer to BYU and get my masters in health education. I have realized that in the future I want to open up a facility where I can help obese people lose the weight in a healthy way. I want to help obese children and stop the pandemic with our children. This means I would probably need to get a coaching license.
Social Life well this has been interesting. I have been seeing a really awesome boy lately. I met him in my ward and we have been casual dating each other.  We have spent a lot of time together since I left on a roadtrip for 2 weeks and before that he went to Idaho for a couple days. We are in an open relationship and just are enjoying getting to know each other and having fun together. We have done a lot of fun stuff! We have gone running together, made cookies, watched movies, and played video games together (he is trying to help me learn how to play 007 and some other games). I am not a gamer but it has been fun. Then one of my best friends gets home from his mission in JUNE!! 3 weeks!!! It is crazy and then some of my big brothers get home after that. I am excited to see them all again.
My mom and I left on April 30 for a road trip to Oregon. My brother Trevor tagged along and we are very grateful he came. Some scary stuff happened and if he hadn't been there I don't know where my mom and I would be today. He left on May 5th and my mom and I are staying until the 16. My dad is going to join us on the 11th! I am so excited to see him. I haven't seen him in awhile so it is going to be good to have him with us for Mothers Day.
I am so blessed in my life to have such good friends, family, and education. My parents have always supported and been there for me and I will be forever indebted to them for what they have done for me. I love being up in Oregon with pretty much my 2nd parents. My aunt and uncle are amazing and I love them so much! I am so glad that I have this summer to make memories and to have fun before school starts again! The next time for when I get home is finding a job so if any of you have ideas let me know!
Thanks for being supports and always having my back! This is my life and I love it. I hope to keep my blog updated.
Chels :)
